Returns & Refunds Policy
At BrickFizz, each order is carefully checked before shipment. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
Unassembled or unmodified
In its original condition
In the original packaging, if applicable
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
Custom UV printed operator minifigures
Made-to-order items
Personalized or customized products
Clearance or final sale items
Items that have been used, modified, painted, glued, cut, or damaged by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the package
Clear photos of the item
A short description of the issue
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns caused by customer reasons, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item, we will provide a suitable solution after reviewing the case.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank, card provider, or PayPal to process the refund.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Custom UV printed operator minifigures and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please contact us first. In most cases
Shipping delays caused by customs, local postal services, holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will help check the shipment status and work with the carrier when possible.
