Eligibility for Returns We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

UV-printed minifigures and painted accessories that are custom or made-to-order.
Items damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer.
Orders where the return request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a replacement/refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of the order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Split Orders If your order was shipped in multiple packages, please ensure all packages have been received before submitting a return request.

Damaged or Missing Items If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
