Thank you for choosing BrickFizz. We're dedicated to providing you with the best shipping options no matter where you are in the world. We're committed to ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness in all your shopping experiences.
At BrickFizz, every order is carefully checked and packed before shipment. We ship worldwide from Chengdu, China.
Order Processing Time
Tactical accessories are normally processed and ready to ship within 5 business days.
Custom UV printed operator minifigures require more production time and normally ship within 30 business days.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship accessories and custom printed minifigures, the full order may ship together after all items are ready. If you need separate shipments, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Chengdu, China.
We use international air mail or tracked small parcel services depending on the destination country and order size.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, holidays, weather, or other carrier-related issues.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on orders over $40 USD.
For orders under $40 USD, shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided after your order has shipped.
Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier. International tracking may not update every day while the package is in transit between countries.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees depending on your country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
BrickFizz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We will help check the shipment status and work with the carrier when possible.
Please note that international shipping delays can happen, especially during holidays, customs inspections, or local carrier disruptions.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
